The name Spèra derives from the Gallura dialect and means ray, beam of light.

ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the Cantina in Gallura, trained using the Guyot and spurred cordon systems on sandy soils from granite disintegration.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes undergo soft pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12-13 °C. Maturation sur lies. It can be consumed up to 3 years after the harvest.

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: Fine and intense, delicate fruity notes of citrus and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Dry, savoury and fresh, good balance and persistence
COMBINATIONS
Spera is a white wine excellent served as an aperitif. It gives its best at the table as an accompaniment to a tagliolini with seafood or fish-based dishes in general.
