PROCESSING AND AGING
The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes after a first cleaning and the grafting of selected yeasts on our vineyards, ferments in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 12 ° C, after fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for about five months at the end of which, after cleaning, it is bottled.
Color: Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.
Bouquet: intense and persistent with floral and vegetable aromas of Mediterranean scrub and summer fruits.
Taste: Pleasant taste-olfactory correspondence, warm and full of good flavor and lively acidity, balanced.
Seafood dishes in general, shellfish; fish with delicate flesh also seasoned with light sauces, dry soups in broth with not excessively tasty seasonings.
