ORIGIN
Vineyards grown with espaliers on sandy and clayey soils located in five different municipalities of the Basso Sulcis.
PROCESSING
Grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar, where they are subjected to soft pressing to obtain an excellent must, which is fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. The wine is kept in contact with the lees of its yeasts for a few months before the final refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: crystalline straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections.
Aroma: fresh and pleasant, of white flowers such as lime, citrus notes and white-fleshed fruit.
Taste: on the palate it continues with a pleasant freshness accompanied by a tantalizing minerality.
COMBINATIONS
Villa Solais is a white wine that lends itself very well to pairings with first courses based on fish and white meat. Also pleasant as an aperitif if served very fresh.
