ORIGIN

Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings with a spurred cordon system on granite disintegration soils, in the countryside of Oliena (NU).

PROCESSING

Manual harvesting of the grapes, which once transported to the cellar are subjected to red vinification, with pressing and maceration of the marc in the must for about ten days. Alcoholic fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, for a few months before bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS

Colour: bright ruby ​​red.
Aroma: notes of fresh red fruit such as cherry, blackberry and raspberry.
Taste: dry, soft and enveloping wine, silky and elegant tannins, balanced and persistent sip.

COMBINATIONS

Vostè is a red wine perfect to drink with a platter of cured meats and aged cheeses. We recommend trying it at the table with game dishes and roast meats.
