ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery located in the Monti area (Olbia-Tempio).
PROCESSING
The manual harvest takes place late, when the grapes are richer in sugar. The grapes are then pressed and the must is left to macerate coldly with the marc for a few hours. Once racked, the alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in tonneaux at a controlled temperature, to enrich its structure.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright golden yellow.
Aroma: rich and intense, hints of flowers and white fruit, aromatic herbs, sweet spices and vanilla.
Taste: soft and warm, enveloping, savoury and fruity, long-lasting.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with delicate first courses and fish-based second courses such as salmon in foil.
