Pozzo 10 is a bottom-fermented raw beer, in the Marzen style, produced every year during the Oktoberfest in the Mine with a prolonged maturation of 60 days.
INGREDIENTS
Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. (Contains gluten).
ORIGIN
Marzen style beer, produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the Montevecchio mine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: white and persistent.
Aroma: malty aroma.
Taste perfect balance between malty aroma and freshness of hops.
COMBINATIONS
Grilled meats, fresh and mature cheeses, typical German dishes.
50 cl format, 6% alcohol by volume.
