From the discontinuous distillation of the pomace of Cagnulari and Cannonau for the amber grappa, Vermentino for the white one, the Cherchi Winery obtains this grappa with a rich, enveloping and delicate flavour.

With a typical amber colour, it ages for approximately one year in wooden barrels.
