Vineyards owned by the winery located in 'Sa Lakana', Mamoiada (NU).

PROCESSING

Fermentation occurs with a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature between 25/28 degrees. Aged for 12 months in tonneaux and 2 months in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet: intense vinosity and typical Cannonau smell.

Taste: it is broad and velvety.

COMBINATIONS

Exceptional for roasts and game, it goes well with typical Sardinian cheeses.

ORIGIN

Vineyards grown as saplings under an organic regime, in the Loreta Attesu area, Mamoiada (NU).

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Perfume: It has a long bouquet, with particular finesse, with a hint of morello cherry typical of the area of origin.
Taste: Full, velvety, fresh and long.

COMBINATIONS

It goes well with meaty second courses, such as roast kid with myrtle scent and Sardinian pecorino.
