CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: beautiful orange color and a sumptuous, creamy, adherent and persistent foam.
Perfume: varied bouquet, characterized by freshness with citrus, exotic fruit, herbaceous, peppery and spicy notes with a balsamic touch.
Taste: the fruity part contrasts well with the impressive aftertaste, decidedly bitter but dry and with great finesse and balance.
COMBINATIONS
Beer to share with friends as an aperitif. Thanks to its freshness qualities, excellent at the table with spicy and spicy dishes, but also fish-based, prepared with lemon and saffron-based sauces.
