The winery's vineyards are grown as saplings on sandy and clay-limestone soils, located in the municipalities of Giba, Masainas, Sant'Anna Arresi, Porto Pino, Calasetta, in Sulcis.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Dark ruby red
Aroma: deep and powerful olfactory profile, from which emerge beautiful notes of ripe red fruit and sweet spices.
Taste: soft, intense tasting, characterised by freshness with a persistent finish.
COMBINATIONS
Seimura is a structured red wine that is perfect with both mature hard cheeses and particularly tasty dishes based on lamb, sheep, goat and game in general.
