All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

ORIGIN
Vineyards grown on the fertile, predominantly limestone-clay hills of Sanluri.
PROCESSING
Following the manual harvest, the bunches are subjected to soft pressing. The grapes are then sent to fermentation in steel, which lasts four months. It then refines for three months in steel tanks at low temperatures. It ends with three months in the bottle before being released on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Perfume: fragrance of mastic tree and acacia honey.
Taste: fresh and dry, very rich in flavor and minerality.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent when combined with vegetarian dishes. It also goes well with seafood-based first courses.
