Sardinian Artisan Honey

Sardinian Artisan Honey is prepared by hand in Villasor, by the VeroMiele farm.

Its production requires the tireless work of the Apis mellifera ligustica , considered the most important bee in the world from a productive point of view, particularly docile and very industrious.

The sugars contained in this product are those naturally present in honey, respecting ancient tradition and the authenticity of the product. Chemicals and other sugars are never added.

WILDFLOWERS
Multiflower honey is the result of the wild blooms of heather, lavender, asphodel, cistus, and rosemary, which create a perfect blend. Its flavor changes with each production, but always remains tied to its rich, spicy aroma.

EUCALYPTUS
Certainly the most widely produced honey on the island. Eucalyptus is a plant native to Australia, transplanted to Sardinia at the beginning of the century. Eucalyptus honey is amber in color with varying shades of darker shades; sometimes a light honeydew may be present; it crystallizes quickly and compactly.

ON THE
Sulla honey is amber or dark red in color, with a dense, crystalline consistency. Its flavor is intense, sweet, and slightly floral. This type of honey is rich in nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It also contains natural enzymes and phenolic compounds that contribute to its beneficial properties.

THISTLE
A typical Sardinian plant, especially widespread in the island's rural areas. Thistle honey is amber in color, but when it crystallizes, its color shifts to much lighter tones.
