This white wine is made with careful selection of grapes, 48-hour maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation at 16°C, followed by 4 months of aging in steel and 3 months in glass for a total of 7 months, giving a luminous straw yellow with brilliant reflections, an intense and deep bouquet, with a fresh and vibrant taste with good mineral savoriness and structured elegance that expresses all the dignity of hundred-year-old vines.
