CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: Hints of Mediterranean spices, white flowers, golden apple and broom.
Taste: full-bodied and savoury with hints of Mediterranean spices, long-lasting and rounded.
COMBINATIONS
Giogantinu is a white wine ideal for aperitifs, it gives its best when paired with a good fish appetizer or seafood first courses such as risotto with prawns and courgettes, linguine with seafood or spaghetti with clams and bottarga. It is also perfect when paired with seafood second courses such as tuna Carlofortina style or sea bass with Vernaccia.
