ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery located in Giba, Masainas, Sant'Anna Arresi, in Sulcis.
PROCESSING
Selected and hand-harvested grapes, whose bunches are destemmed and delicately pressed in the cellar and then undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks . The wine is then racked and refined for several months in stainless steel containers, before being bottled and put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow, bright.
Aroma: intense fruity aromas with light toasted nuances.
Taste: the sip is dry, fresh and savory. It develops on intense fruity notes, closing quite harmonious.
COMBINATIONS
Vermentino Giba is a white wine excellent as an aperitif with appetizers. At the table it goes well with seafood appetizers, first courses based on fish and vegetables, but also fresh and delicate cheeses. Also excellent in combination with fried fish, sushi and sushimi.
