Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings on granite disintegration soils, in the 'Loreta Attesu' area, Mamoiada (NU).
PROCESSING
Fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in steel and wood tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Ruby red.
Aroma: intense with hints of undergrowth and red fruits.
Taste: dry and velvety sip.
COMBINATIONS
Isula is a red wine ideal to pair with roasts and game, it goes well with typical Sardinian cheeses.
