Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C, with batonnage on the fine lees. The heart of this label is its aging: for 12 months, half of the batch rests in 225-liter Wineglobe glass containers and the other half in 700-liter concrete eggs, followed by at least 9 months of bottle rest.

In the glass, Sciala Life Edition appears as a brilliant straw yellow with golden highlights destined to intensify over time. On the nose, ripe fruit, citron zest, Mediterranean flowers, aromatic herbs, almond, and mineral echoes. On the palate, it is savory, profound, and progressive, with balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
