Cannonau di Sardegna Nepente di Oliena is a DOC red wine which, to be defined as such, must be produced from Cannonau grapes grown in the municipality of Oliena.

Vineyards of about 15 years old, trained with spurred cordon in organic management, on granite disintegration soils, at the foot of Monte Corrasi (NU).
PROCESSING
Fermentation at low temperatures (20°C), to accentuate the notes of freshness of the final product. Refining in stainless steel, followed by a few months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense ruby red.
Aroma: immediately expresses a touch of fresh Mediterranean herbs, followed by spicy aromas and red fruits.
Taste: wine of notable freshness, savoury and harmonious.
COMBINATIONS
Tiscali is a red wine that pairs well with meat-based appetizers, red meats and fresh cheeses, but also with mushrooms and meat-based first courses.
