The Cannonau di Sardegna Nepente di Oliena is a DOC red wine which, to be defined as such, must be produced from Cannonau grapes grown in the municipality of Oliena.

Vineyards of approximately 15 years old trained with spurred cordon in organic management, on granite weathering soils. at the foot of Monte Corrasi (NU).
PROCESSING
Fermentation at low temperatures (20°C), to accentuate the fresh notes of the final product. Aging in stainless steel, followed by a few months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red.
Perfume: it immediately expresses a touch of fresh Mediterranean herbs, followed by spicy and red fruit aromas.
Taste: wine of notable freshness, savory and harmonious.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with land-based appetizers, fresh meats and cheeses, but also with mushrooms and land-based first courses.
