PROCESSING
Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature between 25-28°C for approximately 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks. Bottle refinement. Aging in small oak barrels for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red with garnet shades.
Nose: intense and elegant with a pleasant hint of red fruits, spices and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: warm, round, good structure and excellent balance.
COMBINATIONS
Structured first and second courses from the land, from the Sardinian and non-Sardinian tradition, well-seasoned meat and vegetable dishes and medium and long-aged cheeses.
