PROCESSING
The grapes are left to overripen on the vines. Once harvested, they are softly pressed and fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 25 degrees. Maturation takes place in second and third passage barriques for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense straw yellow.
Perfume: very intense primary aromas, markedly Mediterranean. Typical terpene characters of Nasco.
Taste: round, sweet or almost sweet, fat with a savory character that recalls the primary aroma.
COMBINATIONS
It lends itself to accompanying typical Sardinian desserts, such as those based on almonds, or with blue cheeses.
