ORIGIN
Vineyards located in the territories of Is Crabilis (Ussana) and Acquasassa (Serdiana), grown as saplings and low espaliers, at an altitude of 170 metres above sea level, made up of calcareous clay soils.
PROCESSING
the grapes are harvested manually and transported to the cellar, they are subjected to destemming-crushing and the must obtained is left in contact with the skins for a few hours. Once racked, the must continues its alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature, through the action of selected yeasts. This is followed by clarification and maturation in stainless steel containers, before the final refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: lively and consistent straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: intense and persistent, fine and elegant with fruity notes of unripe apple and vegetal notes.
Taste: Dry flavor, remarkable structure and thickness and persistence. Full and balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Entemari is a white wine that is excellent with appetizers, soups, risottos and grilled fish or fish in light sauces.
