Produced with the Charmat method from the vineyards of Sorso and spumantized with a very slow prise de mousse followed by 45 days of aging in autoclave on agitated lees, this brut offers a delicate sparkling straw yellow color with very fine perlage and a slender but persistent crown, complex fine aromas, first floral with wildflowers then fruity with plum and white peach, with a savory taste that reveals the same aromatic notes with a good persistent finish.
