ORIGIN
Vineyards 25 years old, grown on sandy soils at 120 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
The harvest is manual, during the first ten days of September, to preserve the varietal's fresh and savory characteristics. The grapes are softly pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks to obtain the free-run must. It then ages in steel on the fine lees for several months at a controlled temperature. It then ages in bottle for 5 months before being released for sale.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: primary aromas of citrus, together with tropical fruits.
Taste: balanced, between freshness and savouriness.
COMBINATIONS
Petrizza is a white wine that pairs excellently with grilled fish dishes. We recommend pairing it with fried calamari.
