PROCESSING
The harvest is manual, during the first ten days of September, precisely to keep the fresh and savory characteristics of the variety intact. COMBINATIONS
Petrizza is a white wine that is excellent when paired with grilled fish dishes. We recommend trying it with fried calamari.
