Vineyards located above the town of Mamoiada at approximately 755 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
Exclusively manual harvest, carried out in mid-October with grape selection in 20 kg boxes. Fermentation in steel, aging in French oak for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Nose: Hints of vanilla spices on the nose.
Taste: full and intense fruit, the tannin is soft and silky with a notable length.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect with legume-based soups, red meats, mature cheeses and spicy cured meats. Excellent with the typical Sardinian roast suckling pig or grilled sausage.
