Vineyards owned by the winery, grown according to the spurred order and sapling on sandy soils, located on the island of Sant'Antioco.
PROCESSING
Fermentation in stainless steel at 25 degrees, malolactic fermentation completely carried out in cement.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Warm tones of cooked fruit, with very particular notes of caper.
Taste: Good structure when tasted.
COMBINATIONS
Solci Argento is a red wine that pairs well with traditional Sardinian meat-based dishes.
