ORIGIN
The winery's vineyards are grown using the espalier system with spurred cordon pruning, on calcareous soils rich in clay, located between Sanluri and Lunamatrona.
PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25 °C and maceration for 7 days, followed by soft pressing. Maturation in 1st and 2nd passage barriques and tonneaux for 12 months and minimum 2 months of refinement in bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: ruby red with purple reflections, lively and consistent.
Aroma: excellent olfactory intensity, notes of jammy cherries and black cherries in alcohol, fine spices and potpourri flowers.
Taste: satisfying sip, freshness, liveliness and explosive flavour
COMBINATIONS
Su'Nico is a red wine with great structure, which pairs well with intense dishes such as those based on important meats such as wild boar and lamb, or game in general. Also excellent with well-aged cheeses.
