Vineyards located near the municipality of Usini (SS).
PRODUCTION PROCESS
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then gently pressed and sent for alcoholic fermentation, which, along with malolactic fermentation, takes place in stainless steel tanks. The production process concludes with aging, carried out in both steel and oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Delicate red fruit, further refined by a light note of aromatic herbs.
Taste: features vibrant acidity and gentle tannins; an interesting final progression, with a return of the fruit.
PAIRINGS
Pairs well with traditional Sardinian cuisine: grilled red meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.
