ORIGIN
Vineyards grown on medium and high hilly terrain in Mandrolisai.
PROCESSING
Grapes traditionally harvested by hand in the first ten days of September. Fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: bright straw yellow, with green and golden reflections.
Fragrance: fresh and fruity.
Taste: Fresh finish on the palate, with a strong mineral note.
COMBINATIONS
Vermentino Omphalos is a white wine suitable for sipping as an aperitif, but also at the table together with fish dishes and delicate white meats.
