Produced from the Argiolas' own vineyards of the Tenute Sisini in Serdiana, cultivated both as spurred cordon and traditional bush vines on calcareous-clay soils, this wine expresses the typical tasty sweetness of the bush vine Monica. Ten days of maceration and maturation in vitrified cement preserve the vinous character of the grape variety, giving an intense ruby red with the typical Monica undertone, a vinous and intense aroma, with a round taste and an aftertaste tending towards the characteristic tasty sweetness.
