ORIGIN
Vineyards grown on granite disintegration soils on hills located between 300 and 450 metres above sea level, in the Monti countryside.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are subjected to destemming and pressing. The must obtained ferments in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, then remaining in steel for a few months to complete the refinement before bottling and marketing.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow, light greenish reflections.
Aroma: fine bouquet, distant hints of apple, bitter almond.
Taste: dry, straight, soft sip with a long savoury finish.
COMBINATIONS
S'Eleme Oro is an excellent aperitif white wine, at the table it pairs well with appetizers and seafood first courses, seafood and shellfish. But also well-seasoned pizzas, first courses with vegetables and rich salads.
