PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are processed through air chamber presses, to obtain only the best flower must; this is vinified in steel with selected yeasts and aged for a few months in stainless steel containers, in order to preserve all the freshness of the vine.
Color: straw yellow.
Bouquet: sensations of peach and apricot, of yellow flowers such as broom and herbaceous, of a certain intensity.
Taste: thick and balanced in acidity and flavor, with a certain structure, with very fine aromas.
It goes well with seafood and land appetizers, seafood first courses, fish main courses with moist cooking.
