CHARACTERISTICS

Blanche is a Flemish specialty made from barley malt and unmalted wheat, spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel.

Foam: deep straw color and white foam.

Perfume: balanced, fresh, citrusy and spicy on the nose enriched by sensual hints of exotic fruit.

Taste: acidulous and citric notes that make it highly thirst-quenching and refreshing.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it can enhance a ginger risotto, go well with white fish, oil and mayonnaise, it can be intriguing with a seafood salad, elegant with battered vegetables and delicious with fresh herb cheeses.
