The Master Brewer Nicola Perra launches into this very crazy adventure (Macca Meda, in the Sardinian language) with a beer close to an American Amber Ale, both strong and drinkable, with an international flavor.
Nose: pleasant sensation of freshness followed by impressive fruity notes of white grapes, orange and apricot.
Taste: harmony between citrus, bitter and spicy, which direct us towards an explosive aftertaste characterized by peppery hints and a clear astringency.
COMBINATIONS
Try it with meats with strong flavors such as duck and goose. Also enjoyable with medium-aged cheeses.
