Cantina Fradiles, Atzara (NU)
Vineyards in Atzara, in the heart of the Mandrolisai, at around 550 metres on granite soils, trained as alberello bush vines and on trellises, some over fifty years old. Produces Mandrolisai DOC from Bovale, Cannonau and Monica, a single-varietal Bovale and a white from Nuragus and Moscato; the reds are aged in oak casks, tonneaux and barriques.
