Vineyards owned by the Pala company, grown as saplings and low espaliers on medium-hill clayey-calcareous soils, Serdiana .
PROCESSING
Maceration at controlled temperature and addition of selected yeasts. At the end of fermentation, light clarifications and refinement in stainless steel tanks and in bottles follow.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright ruby red with purple reflections
Aroma: Intense with notes of red fruits
Taste: Dry and soft flavour with good persistence
COMBINATIONS
Silenzi is a red wine ideal with first courses seasoned with meat sauces, grilled red meats. Excellent as an aperitif with medium-aged and fresh cheeses.
