There Pardula of the Corronca biscuit factory it is obtained from the skilful combination of typical ingredients such as saffron and ricotta.
Ingredients: ricotta (sheep-goat whey), sugar, soft wheat flour type "00", eggs and/or egg products, water, durum wheat semolina, lard, preservatives (sorbic acid E200), flavourings, vanillin, saffron.
May contain traces of nuts.
