Baloi Spumante Brut Bianco 2025

An elegant Charmat-method sparkling wine, with floral freshness and fine perlage

Made with the Charmat method, which preserves its aromatic fragrance, Baloi Bianco Spumante Brut is the new release from Azienda Fratelli Puddu in Oliena.

Temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by 15-20 days of secondary fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts, and finally isobaric filtration with tartaric stabilisation.

In the glass it shows a pale straw yellow with golden hints, a fine, persistent mousse and elegant, continuous perlage, with a delicate bouquet of white flowers, white fruit, citrus and light hints of bread crust and almond; the palate is dry, fresh and harmonious, with pleasant savouriness and good length.
