The espalier-trained vineyards are located in lower Sulcis, on medium-textured soils above sea level.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested manually in the third week of August. After destemming and crushing, we proceed with soft pressing. Controlled temperature fermentation in steel. Maturation in bottle for 9 months on its lees.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: rosé of medium intensity and a fine perlage.
Perfume: fruity and floral notes, hints of bread crust.
Taste: delicate freshness that accompanies pleasant fruity notes.
