Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C, with batonnage on the fine lees. The heart of this label is its aging: for 12 months, half of the mass rests in 225-liter Wineglobe glass containers and the other half in 700-liter concrete eggs, followed by at least 9 months of bottle aging.

In the glass, Sciala Life Edition presents a brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections destined to intensify over time. On the nose, ripe fruit, cedar zest, Mediterranean flowers, aromatic herbs, almond, and mineral echoes. On the palate, it is savory, deep, and progressive, with a balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
