Akènta Spumante Special Edition

AKENTA SPECIAL EDITION is a special version of the sparkling wine of the same name in WHITE guise to celebrate summer.

The name Akènta derives from a typical saying in the Sardinian dialect: A Kent'Annos in fact means A Hundred Years, a good omen, used in happy moments such as celebrations, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 12.5%

ORIGIN
The vineyards are cultivated in the heart of the Porto Conte Natural Park, a large protected oasis in Alghero.

PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes are ready to be made sparkling in an autoclave following the Charmat method, they are refined for 6 months sur lie. The yeasts in fact enhance the aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Intense white and yellow flowers with a good fruitiness, which combines excellently with a light note of bread crust.
Taste: It has a good body, fresh, soft and a pleasant flavour.

COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, ideal to accompany fish, seafood and shellfish dishes.
