Amaro Bomba Carta is a liqueur produced by the historic Silvio Carta Company based on herbs and Corbezzolo honey. It has an intense amber color with warm veins in shades of darker brown. The aroma is strong and characteristic, vegetal notes, hints of medicinal herbs, St. John's wort and thyme accompanied by notes of corbezzolo honey, the scent of artemisia and Mediterranean scrub.
The taste is full, enveloping and persistent. In the mouth it recalls aromas and scents of the Mediterranean scrub of our Island. The wild nature is perfectly balanced by the sweet and sour taste of strawberry tree honey, the finish is decidedly balsamic. In the mouth, St. John's wort and artemisia persist throughout.
