INGREDIENTS

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. (Contains gluten).

ORIGIN

Blonde beer produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the Montevecchio mine.

CHARACTERISTICS

Foam: Persistent and soft.

Perfume: Delicate with floral notes.

Taste: bottom-fermented raw beer, lager style, with delicate hops and a pleasant carbonation.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal as an aperitif or after work and throughout the meal, with white meats, pizza, fish, fresh cheeses, sushi and raw seafood.

50 cl format, alcohol 4.7% vol.
