American Pale Ale beer produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the mine of Montevecchio.
Foam: Very persistent.
Bouquet: Intense with tropical notes.
Taste: the caramelized notes of malts accompany the pleasant and persistent bitterness of American hops.
Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with seafood, fish and white meat. Excellent with pizza.
Format 50 cl, alcohol 4.7% vol.
