ORIGIN
American Pale Ale style beer produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the Montevecchio mine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: Persistent.
Aroma: Intense tropical notes.
Taste: the caramel notes of the malts accompany the pleasant and persistent bitterness of the American hops.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with seafood first courses, fish-based second courses and white meats. Excellent with pizza.
