CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: Hazy golden yellow in colour, it has a creamy and delicately persistent foam.
Aroma: notes of toasted cereals and sweet spicy hints reminiscent of vanilla, citrus tones of orange and notes of bread crust.
Taste: intense, soft and round body, moderately bitter but well balanced by freshness with a present but delicate effervescence.
COMBINATIONS
It is perfect for summer aperitifs and to accompany medium-aged cheeses.
