CHARACTERISTICS

Foam: creamy and adherent.

Aroma: Citrus aroma of cedar, spicy aroma reminiscent of cardamom and sandalwood, accompanied by earthy hints of licorice and fresh flowers of elderberry and chamomile.

Taste: Sensual flavours of elderberry honey, ripe apricot and tropical fruits, aftertaste of bitter, herbaceous, citrus, resinous and balsamic notes, which give that sense of burning.

COMBINATIONS

Tùvi Beer Tùvi has a decidedly refreshing sip, it can be appreciated at the table with fatty meats such as lamb and less fatty ones such as goat.
