CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: creamy and adherent.
Perfume: citrus aroma of cedar, spicy aroma reminiscent of cardamom and sandalwood, accompanied by earthy hints of licorice and fresh elderberry and chamomile flowers.
Taste: sensual flavors of elderberry honey, ripe apricot and tropical fruits, aftertaste of bitter, herbaceous, citrus, resinous and balsamic notes, which give that sense of thirst.
COMBINATIONS
Highly refreshing, it can be appreciated at the table with fatty meats such as lamb and less fatty meats such as kid.
