The Marinostru grey mullet bottarga from Alice Surgelati follows a preparation process that has remained unchanged over time: cleaning, salting, pressing and drying.

Excellent on warm crostini drizzled with butter or on first courses. We recommend trying it with spaghetti with clams, a real delight!


Ingredients: Atlantic grey mullet eggs (Mugil cephalus) and salt. Caught in FAO Zone 34.
