Zedda Piras
Fil'e Ferru Grape Brandy Zedda Piras
Filu e Ferru Zedda Piras stands out for its vigor and for its characteristic light aftertaste of wild fennel.
The name recalls the period of clandestine distillation in artisanal stills, widespread in Sardinia in the early years of the Kingdom of Italy, when, to avoid confiscation, it was customary to bury the containers of the brandy tied to a wire protruding from the ground to allow the subsequent recovery.
It is an excellent product if served cold at the end of a meal.
It has an alcohol content of 42% vol.
Format of 70 cl.
