Matafalua Fennel Liqueur
Matafalua, which in Sardinian means wild fennel, is a liqueur based on wild fennel seeds and leaves.
Despite the strong alcohol content, its herbaceous notes and aromatic profile stand out. On the palate the taste is dry, soft, with excellent persistence and intensity.
It is excellent to be enjoyed fresh as an aperitif, or at the end of a meal after coffee, perhaps accompanied by a typical Sardinian dessert.
It has an alcohol content of 40% vol.
