ORIGIN
Vineyards located in the Mont'e Prama Hill, on the Sinis peninsula, cultivated on predominantly limestone soils.
PROCESSING
White vinification and fermentation of the free-run must in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Refinement in steel until bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: crystalline intense pink with coppery tones.
Nose: intense and fine bouquet, with aromas of rose, aromas of raspberry, currant and wild strawberry; closes with a citrus touch that recalls pink grapefruit.
Taste: full and enveloping sip, fresh and persistent finish, balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Nephilim rosé is a rich and complex wine that goes well at the table with platters of tasty cured meats, excellent in combination with white meats or seafood stews.
